VOLCANO - SHORT FILM

Here is my first personal project. It was a bit difficult for me to start something on my own. I can’t really explain why but now that it’s done, I feel much better about it. This short film was inspired by the volcanic shots from the movie The Northman. I had a lot of fun creating smoke with Axiom in Houdini, but what I enjoyed the most was the compositing.
The goal was to create a short film in a short amount of time, so compositing really helped achieve cinematic-looking shots.
